Over 20 years of trust
The beginnings
2003
- Completion of university architecture studies and the start of an independent professional career. During this initial stage, technical advisory tasks within the General Services Area of Teulada Town Council were prominent, laying the foundations for a firm commitment to technical rigour, the local area, and local administration.
Foundation of Taller d'Arquitectura
2005

Foundation of Taller d'Arquitectura Ferrer i Associats SLP, a project born with the vocation to develop honest, accessible, and deeply rooted architecture within its environment. In this foundational period, close collaboration with technical architect José Joaquín Sirera Francés was key, establishing standards based on constructive solvency and mutual trust from day one.
Consolidation and team expansion
2006
- Growth of the studio with the incorporation of new specialised technical profiles. This reinforcement allows us to undertake more complex projects, optimise design and drafting processes, and ensure meticulous attention to detail at every stage of the work, always maintaining the personalised approach that characterises us.
Commitment to the landscape and municipal territory
2007
- Initiation of a continuous line of technical and urban planning advice for various local councils in the area, such as the Town Council of Vall de Gallinera and the Town Council of Vall de Laguar. An opportunity to put our experience at the service of territorial planning, sustainable development, and the preservation of valuable rural architectural heritage.

2005 - 2025
- Consolidation of our comprehensive services in architecture, construction, and urban planning. We stand out for our extensive experience in municipal management and advising local councils (such as l'Atzúbia, la Vall de Laguar, la Vall de Gallinera, Teulada, and collaborations in Xaló, Alcalalí, and Benissa), as well as in expert reports, legalisations, and residential, tertiary, and industrial projects.
Strategic reorganisation and client focus

- A new stage of internal reorganisation and expansion of the professional team with a clear objective: to perfect client service and support. We structure the different work areas to offer more agile responses, more direct communication, and comprehensive monitoring of each project from initial concept to construction.
